Unlike most builders that encourage you to choose from their catalogue of generic house designs, we take time to understand the vision you have for your home. We get to know your family – your personality, preferences, and the way you like to live. And we share ideas from our 20+ years of experience to help you clarify and refine what you want. Although we won’t be able to give you a final price (yet), we will be honest and transparent about all costs and timeframes, so when you are ready, you can proceed with confidence.

The approval process can appear daunting. But you need not worry – we take care of everything for you. With approvals in place, you’ll have a complete, totally transparent contract to consider. But unlike other builders (and their commission salespeople) who are eager to get your signature, we go through every detail to ensure you know what you are getting, and you are 100% satisfied and confident. We even invite you to compare prices and options with other builders. Ask as many questions as you like. And when you are 100% satisfied and ready, we’ll enter into a mutual contract to build phase 1 (the structure) of your home.

Construction

Most building contracts are restrictive and inflexible. They force you to accept your builder’s work without much chance for inspection and discussion. And to maximise profits too many builders hide short cuts inside walls and under paint and plaster where they can’t be seen until they surface and cause problems.

On the contrary, we give you total flexibility and control by separating your build into two phases: Structure (which takes your home to lock-up stage) and Finishes (which finalises everything inside). Your contract only progresses to phase two when you are 100% delighted with the work completed in phase one.

Phase One: Structure. We’ll begin with site preparation and foundations. Then (depending on which building option you have chosen) we will either install the modular structure or construct the frame. We will add your roof, doors and windows. And finish Phase 1 with rough electrical and plumbing. With constant communication and regular site visits you will follow the entire journey to ensure you are delighted with every aspect of our work. Only then we will move to phase two.

Phase Two: Finishes. This is where you will finalise all your selections including interior doors, paint, floor coverings, taps, appliances, HVAC etc. And in just a few short weeks, your home will be finished.
